Set up your account and understand how SwarmPane connects to your coding tools.

Create your account
Start at Create account. Email signup sends a link to your address; your account is created when you open that link and choose a password. Google sign-in is available when configured. Use the same sign-in method when returning.
Connect the desktop app
Choose the account sign-in action in SwarmPane. A browser opens with a short connection code. Check that it matches your app before approving it. Never approve a connection you did not start.
Connect coding accounts
Your SwarmPane account controls app access. Claude Code, Codex, and other coding-provider accounts control their own agent usage. Add and name provider accounts inside the app, then select the account for each coding pane or conversation.
Platform availability
Use Downloads for current installer availability. Windows and Linux builds are still under development. Voice currently uses the macOS native helper; Windows and Linux voice support is unfinished.
Password and subscription help
Reset an email-account password. If you use Google, manage that password with Google. Open My account to review a subscription or open the billing portal.
If something goes wrong
Retry after checking your connection. For microphone problems, check system permissions. For an agent sign-in problem, verify that the provider CLI is installed and the intended provider account is selected. Contact us with the steps and version if the problem continues.
