Terms of Service

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by OverMCP LLC, based in United States. Questions about these terms can be sent through support@overmcp.com.

2. Your account

Use an email address you control and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity through your account. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized access. If you use SwarmPane for an organization, you must have authority to act for it.

Creating an account does not automatically purchase a subscription. Account registration, email verification and provider sign-in may be unavailable while the service is being prepared.

3. Desktop access and third-party providers

SwarmPane is a workspace for coding agents, project files, terminals, and connected tools. An eligible active subscription is required for paid desktop access. Supported platforms and available installers are listed on the Downloads page.

Your coding providers, model subscriptions, API charges, and connected services are separate from SwarmPane. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. You are responsible for the accounts and permissions you connect.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Before you purchase, checkout displays the price, currency, billing interval, and applicable taxes. A recurring subscription renews according to the terms shown at checkout until canceled. An account’s first subscription can start with a free trial, shown at checkout with its length; a payment method is collected at checkout and the first payment is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Each account can use one trial. Payments are processed by Stripe; SwarmPane does not store full payment-card numbers.

Pricing shown while checkout is unavailable is a planned price, not a completed offer or charge. We will explain material subscription changes before they take effect where required by law.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can manage an existing subscription through My account → Manage subscription. The billing portal shows the effect and timing of cancellation before you confirm it. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the subscription’s billing settings.

For billing mistakes or refund requests, use the contact page and include the email address associated with your purchase. Refund requests are assessed under applicable law and the terms presented at purchase. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or consumer rights.

6. Responsible use

Use the service only for work you are authorized to perform. Do not use it to access accounts or systems without permission, distribute malicious code, infringe intellectual-property rights, evade access restrictions, or disrupt the service. You are responsible for reviewing commands, file changes, and external actions before approving them.

7. Your work and generated output

You retain your rights in your files and other content you provide. Using SwarmPane does not transfer ownership of your projects to us. Rights in output from a coding provider are governed by that provider’s terms and applicable law.

AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsafe. Review and test results before relying on them or using them in a production system.

8. Software, availability and changes

Desktop binaries, source code, third-party libraries and connected services may carry separate licenses. Follow the license included with the material you use. We may improve or change features and may temporarily interrupt service for maintenance or security work. Development builds can contain incomplete features and should be evaluated before use with important projects.

9. Suspension and ending use

We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, security incidents, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to contact us. You can stop using the application, cancel your subscription, and request account deletion through the contact channel.

10. Liability and your legal rights

You are responsible for backups and for checking the work performed by agents and tools. Any limitations on warranties or liability apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Updates and contact

Changes will be reflected by the date on this page. Material changes will be communicated where required. For questions, contact support@overmcp.com. Mandatory consumer protections and rights available in your jurisdiction continue to apply.
